Christine built her early career in the Education and Brokerage Business. In 1991 she joined the newly opened office of MRI of Boca Raton where she helped build a strong base in the chemical staffing industry. In 1993 Christine earned her CSAM (Certified Senior Account Manager) status and has been a top producer since. She was an MRI National Top Ten Biller, a regional Top Biller, and achieved the National Pacesetter Award every year with MRI. In 1998 she bought the rights and database from Management Recruiters to form CMA CHEMICAL RECRUITERS. Christine’s extensive knowledge of chemical processes, combined with her Network within the Chemicals Industry has distinguished her as one of the nation’s leading recruiters for the Chemicals Industry.

Career spans 25 years with IBM, half spent in various technical positions and the remaining half in management positions ranging from Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Finance, Strategic Planning, Business Controls, Marketing, and Systems Integration Consulting.

Bringing a wealth of experience and talent to CMA Executive Recruiters, John became a co-owner in 1999. He set up and manages the technology database of clients/candidates, as well as manages the overall operations of the business.
